Our production management approach comes from 30 years of executing at the highest level of live entertainment, where a missed cue isn't a note to revisit — it's a show in front of thousands.

We build the worlds your audience walks into. Our fabrication team designs and constructs custom scenic environments — structures, props, installations, and architectural elements — that go far beyond what can be rented or sourced. In 2018, we co-founded and launched Candytopia, transporting over 1 million guests into a delicious world of candy-themed environments and interactive fun.

Lighting isn't a technical afterthought — it's the primary tool that shapes emotion, guides attention, and defines the visual identity of a space. DEED's lighting designers have lit main stages at Coachella and EDC, feature film and television sets, and intimate brand experiences at a hundred different scales. We program for impact: the moment the lights hit and the crowd gasps is the moment we've been designing for since we read the brief.

Sound is the sense audiences don't know they're feeling until it's wrong. DEED designs audio environments — not just PA systems. For our dome venues, we implement spatial audio that places the audience inside a sonic environment that moves, breathes, and responds. For concerts and festivals, we engineer systems capable of maintaining fidelity for thousands across complex outdoor terrain.

DEED creates the media that runs inside our productions — and for clients who need content without the production. Our team produces original 360° projection content engineered for large-format dome environments, motion graphics, original film, and generative real-time visual systems. Everything is built to specification. We don't license stock. We build originals.

This is the discipline that holds everything else together. Immersive experience design is the art and science of engineering a guest's journey — from arrival to departure — so that every moment feels intentional, every transition flows naturally, and the overall effect is greater than the sum of its parts. DEED's experience designers are storytellers first. The technology is a tool; the story is the goal.

The experience doesn't end when a guest walks out. DEED's proprietary technology stack — including our blockchain-based guest engagement platform and DEED Tickets — extends audience connection before, during, and after the event. We build custom digital ecosystems: gamified guest experiences, digital collectibles tied to event attendance, loyalty platforms, and real-time interactive installations.

Hospitality is where most production companies stop caring — and where DEED doubles down. Because the food someone eats, the bar they drink at, the bathroom they use, and the way staff treat them at the door are all part of the experience. Our hospitality team programs F&B, designs VIP environments, manages guest flow, and holds full liquor licensing in our markets.
